Quest hotel to service growing tourism in Geelong.
The ‘Quest Geelong Central’ development offers the regional city of Geelong with a new premium apartment hotel in the CBD. The 13-storey hotel contains 87 apartments, conference facilities, gym facilities, communal areas and underground parking. The mixed-use development also provides commercial opportunities on street level with retail and hospitality tenancies opening up onto Little Ryrie and Gheringhap Street.

The Quest Apartments project incorporated a range of innovative construction methodologies. The contractor utilised prefabricated modular 'bathroom pods' to improve the efficiency, quality and sustainability of the build.
