Managing Director
Justin has provided accurate and reliable cost management services and has consistently maintained excellent standards of expertise and productivity. He is very passionate about Quantity Surveying and the projects that he works on. Justin established Zinc Cost Management back in 2014 with an expansion to Melbourne in 2018. Since then, Justin continues to provide day to day director involvement in all projects he undertakes and understands that accurate and reliable cost management services are required throughout the whole design and construction process.

Director
With more than 20 years professional experience in a wide variety of sectors, Mark delivers pro-active and conscientious services in all facets of cost management including cost planning, bills of quantities and contract administration. Maintaining client satisfaction and delivering on service at all times is of utmost importance to Mark who works successfully in high–performance team environments and possess strong interpersonal skills.

2016 saw the arrival of Nick at Zinc and since then he has provided accurate and reliable cost planning across a plethora of sectors, receiving valuable exposure across numerous projects and facets of Quantity Surveying. He understands that reliable cost management services are required throughout the entire process to ensure a successful project outcome for all involved!

Georgia commenced her Quantity Surveying career in 2018 with Zinc, bringing over five years of valuable experience and knowledge from working within the industry. Georgia has received exposure to a range of different projects across a broad range of industry sectors. She is motivated and driven to provide accurate and timely cost management services on all projects she is involved with.

Matthew has provided accurate and reliable cost management services for over 10 years including cost planning, bills of quantities, contract administration and financiers reporting. Based in Zinc’s Warrnambool office, Matthew has worked on numerous projects and gained valuable experience over a wide range of sectors.

Leo is a versatile team player with a background in construction, finance and a keen interest in construction cost management. He has an avid and focused interest in cost control and the future of fintech in the industry. Since joining the Zinc team at start of 2022, Leo has worked on numerous projects in varying sectors, developing valuable exposure and experience in cost planning, post contract works and financiers reporting. He recognizes the value of reliable cost management services and strives to ensure the best outcome is reached on all projects he is involved with.

Cadet Quantity Surveyor
Dominic joined Zinc in 2021 as a Cadet Quantity Surveyor whilst undertaking his studies in Design (Architecture) and Construction Management (Honors) at Deakin University in which he is due to complete at the end of 2023. Dominic has been exposed to a variety of projects gaining him valuable exposure and experience in all facets of Quantity Surveying.

Cadet Quantity Surveyor
Abby joined Zinc in 2022 as a Cadet Quantity Surveyor whilst undertaking her studies in Design (Architecture) and Construction Management (Honours) at Deakin University which she is due to complete at the end of 2023. Passionate about the construction industry and design, Abby has been exposed to a variety of projects, gaining her valuable exposure and experience in all facets of Quantity Surveying.
