Major Fit-out of the Iconic Vue De Monde
Completed in 2023
Iconic Melbourne fine dining restaurant, Vue de Monde, located on level 55 of
the Rialto Towers, underwent a major renovation and fit-out in 2023. The fitout included a larger kitchen with a dedicated pastry section, new furniture
and lighting, updated events space, new elements like shou sugi ban timber
and a circular stone bar in the sister bar, Lui Bar, quaint Carlton inspired
terraces along with a new 18-plate degustation menu.
