The project comprised of the existing central courtyard of Building KA being infilled to create additional accommodation on levels 3, 4 & 5. Level 5 was fully refurbed to create a contiguous and modern environment on the Level 5. Level 5 features a high-quality state of the art office fitout providing an effective, engaging, and efficient workspace that responds to the different ways people work & interact.
Zinc were able to provide successful and accurate cost management and construction administration on this project incorporating additional scope items such as replacement of Aluminium Composite Paneling, decanting room upgrades, amenity upgrades etc.
