A dementia friendly design.
A purpose-built 12 bed unit to support residents with dementia including improvements to the existing facility. The design incorporates spaces for residents to socialise together, in smaller groups, and in private. The project also features a large central courtyard with seating areas, landscaping and wheelchair-accessible garden beds.

With Stage 1 of this important facility completed in 2021, Zinc are continuing our role as Cost managers , working with lead design architect Blight, Blight & Blight to complete Stages 2 and 3 which are in construction and planning phases respectively.
