Williams Street is a culmination of the refurbishment and reinstatement of the historic Metropolitan Hotel and the addition of a 20-level boutique office tower. Boasting floor to ceiling windows, each floor provides sweeping views of the Melbourne CBD, the Royal Mint and Flagstaff Gardens. The building also features state of the art end of drip facilities and two basement levels
